The blind from Romania: The justice!

We all know that the justice should be blind, to judge only the fact, no matter who is the perpetrator: reach/poor man, good/bad man. In our country a bad custom became permanent after the revolution from December: using halfs of true. When two persons that commit similar felonies are treated differently, depending on how the judge (he or she) wakes up in the morning: face-down = condemnation, face up = release.
Let's take the latest well-known case: Gigi Becali. He got it bad, he impelled other people to catch the thieves who stole his car, afterward, he take part to their verbal "admonishment". The first part of this consists in a felony punished under law, and he'll get his retribution for that, a big one, just to be set as an example to the civil society (as the judge said in the written motivation). It doesn't matter that other person, Costel Iancu, sequestrated, maltreated and humiliated a man, and even produced evidence of that, this fellow is being investigated as a free man, because, the judge has waken up in a good mood. Gigi Becali had bad luck, he is under arrest while the real thieves (well-know by police) are well, laughing with the prosecutors at Becali's situation: he should have been smart enough to pay those 50-60 thousands euros which the thieves asked for, now, let him stay in jail!
These are our judges, well paid, big money, with lots of primes which they granted themselves using final sentences, these people without respect for us, the tax contributors, are issuing sentences on their own pleasure, in a stat (so called "with laws") which became super correct, more catholic that the pope of Rome, but only for some people, generally speaking, the law-breakers are treated with kindness, sympathy, because "Corves curve oculus non eruet" (CROWS will not pick out crows' eyes. )
This is my conclusion, 99.99% from the judges in Romania are in fact law-breakers dressed in black robes, outlaws whom I don't want to pay to no more protection fee (masked by them as salary + other incomes), I don't want anymore to have anything to do with such a people who are doing anything else but to tangle more things, to discourage a good person who seeks for justice, to release from jails dangerous convicts, for what THEY CAME CLEAN! They are irremovable, answer to nobody for their "WRONGLY" decisions they take.
Let me remind some famous cases:
- the case of killing 2 persons in a car accident by the wife of the senator Paunescu (the guilty person got only 3 years parole),
- the case of temporary interruption of the execution of time in jail on medical reasons, granted to a serial raper from Bucharest (Dorel Lazar),
- case of Serghei Gorbunov (same reason for the interruption) who for a long time forgot to get back to prison,
- the case of the drunken female judge caught driving (Elena Turcu) who got out clean,
- the case of the judge from Craiova (Daniela Spranceana) which built a villas from real estate business, plus that her husband and son are investigated for other criminal activities, etc.
